HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! To my favorite CHUBBY BUNNY friend!!!!
Love you Sophie! :)
Sweden, day 21
Last day of our 1. Dala trip. Went to this Silverringen thingy (as Julia would say) - wonderful turquoise lake as a memory of an old silver mine in that area..
Really funny and interesting way of getting there, but probably not publishing it :D Just can say: little lost, asking an old couple, little lost, asking a young couple, stopping to get a picture of a "wood-man", going back, asking a handsome Swedish guy, lake on our right hand side, yellow rocks (which were actually red) and FINALLY GETTING THERE..... climbing over the fence, Tine almost falling into the water, Julia shouting - I want to hide! Oh, and really strange asian berry-pickers. Had fun :)
Going to see the biggest Dala horse. Well... It's big, kind of...
Junk food at Hedemora. You can't go wrong with this place.
Getting to Avesta. Girls didn't like it, but I found it interesting, because there is nothing. Like literally nothing. But they have a tattoo salon right next to the city hall. Interesting, isn't it?
Next stop - elk farm - closed for the winter season.
Thank you Albert for driving us home from Hertz, really appreciate it.
Girls just wanna have fun..
Sweden, day 20
Another beautiful day on the road...
Started at 9 am and went straight to the Dala horse factory, Nusnäs. Lot of horses there-wooden, pink, white, yellow, even real ones.. Spent too much money in the gift shop, but have all my Christmas presents allready:)
Petra žvýkám, Tine has got a škytka and Julia has her snowbroom :D
Driving along Siljan lake to Mora. Had a great coffee and frog cakes (some of us).
Going back to Falun, stopping at a magnificent viewing spot, but have to ask Tine what the name was..
Back in Britsen, cooked bramboraky really fast, but still came late for the international dinner, so not that much food left, but what we had was awesooome. Want to learn that French cake and the English cake made by a French guy Tom.
Sweden, here we come...
This is my very first post to my new blog. Czech or English? I have been in Sweden for 18 days now...
I think I'm starting to enjoy it. We have our first Dalarna trip planned for tomorrow. EXCITED!!
Want to know what we will do?
Lets see what happens next...
